Post by: Steve.Bedard on May 08, 2013, 09:22:47 AM
Is it possible to set call forwarding at the PBX level for analog lines using mitel sx2000?

I'm not sure what you mean by "forward at the PBX level".
What are you trying to do?

Any station, digital or analog, can be forwarded either via the Call Rerouting Assignment form(s) or via feature codes.

We have some analog lines that need to be forwarded to external lines. I'm not sure how to set this up using Call Rerouting Assignment form.

(1) Create a unique system speed dial for each number you have to forward to.  The important step here is to tick "override toll security".
(2) edit the form Call Rerouting Always assignment, pick a blank row (not row 1) and put "reroute" in each field.  In the last field put the system speed dial you created.
(3) edit the form Call Rerouting Assignment.  Find the analog lines you want to forward.  In the 3 "always" field put the row number you edited in step two.
(4) test
