Title: How do i access the group voicemail?

We have a group voicemail turned on for our main switchboard.
We can all individually access our own personal voicemails, but we dont know how to access the central one.
The internal extension (x5200) is our main switchboard number, but that extension is not a hotdesk user, so we can just log in and retreive the voicemails.
This voicemail is only ever used when all other phones in the group are in use ..... so it doesnt happen very often.

Probably something easy, but only if you know how, or if you know which of the 5 million manuals to look in :-)

Ah ... got it .... i dialled my own number ... which was engaged, so it went to my voicemail ... i think clicked ** and it asked for my mailbox number ... so i chose the group mailbox and got to it that way ........... now to set aside some time to listen to my 50 new messages :-)
