Title: Suggestions and recommendations for support/maintenance

Looking for good, bad and indifferent experiences for support vendors for the Mitel systems. Getting close to renewal time and would like to consider options.

Without knowing where you are located it makes it hard to offer advice. What products do you currently have, how many sites, what kind of experience are you after, or not getting from your current provider.

As a general rule, I probably can't be too much help, as you are probably located in America, so being an Aussie I can't offer too much, but there are a few people who work for VAR's that post on here that can probably offer more.
