Title: Call recording...options with 5000 system?
Post by: unclejemima on May 01, 2013, 11:16:40 AM
Wondering what options there are for call recording software that integrates with the 5000 mitel.

We are looking for something that will record all calls (incoming/outgoing), all the time...not the kind where you have to manually press a button to record a call.

We have 8 analog lines.

I've been quoted a few systems, but they are in $10K range...a little more than I was hoping to spend.  We have approx 20 5320/30/40 phones in our office.

The call volume is low/mid, approx 10-15 call/hour on an average day.

Just priced up a Xarios Call Recorder which is what we normally sell ofr the 5000.

£6000 which currently makes it $9337.98, that's without any install or maintenance costs.

Take a look at Oaisys, they are used most of the time in North America on the 5000
