All
we are setting up te Mitel contact center solution in our company. But we are having serious issues woth the MBG connector.
It has numerous application conflicts and once working, each day I have a different user with crahing (not repsonding) MBG connector. Reinstalation is then the only option. Are more people using this and what is your experience? We have client verion 6.0.2.1
thanks for answering

Your problem description is unclear to me.
Is it the PF application that is crashing or MBG?
-
all our users use the mbg connector, indoor and outdoor. s it is transparant fo them to use contact center
now it is the 6.0.2.1 MBG connector which stops repsonding and crashing every time. each day a couple of users. At this moment we downgrade the connector to 6.0.2.0

"MBG connector" is a term I am not familar with. MBG itself never released a 6.0.2.0 version, as far as I know and the current version of MBG is 7.1 (.36.0 I think is the latest available)
Is this |connector| something installed on the windows client?

it is the client used with the Mitel contact center I am refferring to

okay, understood. I can't help you, you need to speak with PF.

Have not used the Prairie Fyre softphone through an MBG. Sorry

You'll need to check the logs. They are located in the local users 'Documents' folder. It might tell you what the issue is. Could be as simple as pre-reqs for .NET or something is messing it up and causing it to crash. Check the version of the MBG as well. The connector will only support a certain one (I think 7 and up IIRC).
That and 6.0.2.2 is GA tomorrow (5/24/2013), so you can go that in hopes of clearing the issue.
Otherwise, email support@prairiefyre.com. They will want the logs on the client though.
Is it crashing when your using a specific application? As soon as you connect? After 10 minutes?
