Title: TAPI Integration - Who is Using The Phone

Hello,

I'm wondering if it's possible using TAPI to see if you can show who is currently using the phone and who isn't??

Has anyone been able to do this?

TAPI does not have support for BLF... and Mitel does not natively support TAPI anymore.

And other than using UCA I am not sure if there is a way to see who is on the phone on your PC, unless perhaps with a third-party application.
