Hi, I have a new system and I turned up MBG, made the firewall changes, registed and configured a SIP device and everything worked just fine. When I hookup a MiNet phone, 5320e to be exact, I can register the phone without any issues and make a call but there is no audio at all. I checked with the firewall team today and we did a full allow and I was still not able to hear any audio. The MBG is in Server Only mode and has a public IP NAT'd to its internal IP for the firewall traversal. Any ideas?

no audio in both directions or one-way audio?
I assume this is a 3-port f/w DMZ configuration. Is MBG's network profile set to that and is the "setside" and "icpside" streaming addresses set to MBG's public address (the one your f/w is natting for MBG)?

What do you get if you run the Teleworker Network Analyzer from a remote site? Your issue (no audio/one-way audio) is almost always port related, TNA will make sure all relevant ports are open.
