Title: no tone

Our mxeII problem, some extention no tone, when i call the extension is ringing and extension can talk each other,
what's the problem? does some body know?

Can you explain your problem in a little more detail? Are you saying that some extensions don't ring, or that they do not have dial tone?

I'd suspect that the problem may be fixed with a simple reboot.
Be sure to back up first.

Thanks for your response, the problem is sometime no dial tone several extension not all extension    ( can't outgoing call), but if I call the extension can ringing and can talking also.
sometimes talk when suddenly disconnected.
I've reset pabx system but the problem is still the same,
