Title: call over IP rather than IDD

All,

we will setup an remote side, i would like to ask how i can make it works on call controller..so that we call call to remote office via IP ..rahter than IDD?

our voice and data network already breakthrough..and two site was connected..so did i need to do somethings on mitell 3300 on each office?

Put them in a cluster and program the IP trunks. It is pretty simple.

What release are you running? If you don't have Enterprise Licensed sites you will need to have your licensing updated to allow this.

Thanks, i am using MCD 5.0 , yes, i got enterprise license.

Do you have document or example to set it on the IP trunks..is it we need to put them in each office mitel 3300?
