Title: MCD3300 Clusters - a few local extension does not appear on RDN
Post by: need_help on April 18, 2013, 08:48:40 PM
Hello everyone,

I have a few MCD 3300s in a clustered environment. I noticed there are one or two extensions in controller A (primary) which does not sync / replicate to the rest of the cluster members.

Looking at the SDS error, it said "User ID provided was not known", and clicking more... shows the guid of that user.

Doing SDS Form Comparison also shows a few extensions showed in primary controller but not on the others

My question is, without deleting the extension on the primary controller, and doing a "sync" operation, is there a manual way to 'force' the changes from the primary controller to the rest of the cluster members?

Thank you.

Do they have names in the telephone directory?

Yes they do in the primary controller, but not on the secondary controller

Not aware of a way to force it. Is there not a "repair" option in the sync?

Yes there is a "Data Repair" option as attached.
