Hi there Mitel Friends,
I am having an issue with Ls trunks on Mitel 3300. The system is not clearing down the Ls trunk when the caller hangup the phone in the Multi Level Auto Attendant IVR . The phone at the customer keeps ringing untill somebody picksup the phone! In the CO i program Line Reversal. The Telco also programm Line Reversal on the line, but stil i am experiencing the same problem.
Most of the times when the users pickup the phone he/she will here a tone (sound like disconnect tone) of they will here themself talking.
Is there somebody that can help me out ?

Try lowering the timers in the trunk circuit descriptor.
Make an outbound call to a cell and then have the cell hang up. See if you phone hangs up.
You mentioned an IVR. Is is possible the call is using a supervised transfer? It might not be your CO disconnecting but your IVR.
