We have an icp3300 with 5324 phones.
Everything had been working fine until the power went out at the location this morning. The phones were not working after power was restored so I shut the system down using the command line SHUTDOWN. After waiting a couple minutes we powered up the icp3300. Now if you call an extension the call goes directly to voicemail.
Any suggestions??

Silly question but are your phones up and working? Is there a square box in the display anywhere?
If yes, unplug a phone and plug it back in to see if it starts working. I'm suspecting you've gone resilient.
