Weird issue just surfaced about a week ago. Nupoint emails do not show any internal/external caller ID.
Nupoint exchange activity shows the following:
Voice Message Received for Mailbox[xxxxxx], Mail ID[xxxxxx], Originator Mailbox[], Originator Name[]
Originator Mailbox and name are both blank. I already verified the FCOS bits and the COS for voicemail ports all look o as well.
Any ideas?

Per Mitel Engineer
There are 4 FCOS bits that control CLID in NPM, 262,263,264,280.
Enabling bits 263 and 264, disabling 262 and 280 resolved the issue.
