Title: Mitel Cordless Handset

Can anyone provide a link to a User Guide for these ? I'm trying to set a default level for the volume with no luck. I saw something when I first got this, but now cannot find anything.  This is about the Handset, not the Headset

Two things:
1 - the COS must have "Handset volume Save" enabled.
2- The volume will NOT save if you turn it all the way up.  You have to back it down one notch to save at maximum volume
