Title: MITEL 3300 6.0 sw 12.0.0.52

Hi
 I just installed a 3300 6.0 sw 12.0.0.52 the installation went well except for we are unable to access the administrator mailbox.
when we try to access the administrator mailbox I get "Im sorry the system isnt configured to support this feature at this time"
so we are unable to record the auto attendant.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you set a passcodefor the system admin mailbox? By default there are no longer passcodes set for the Admin and User mailboxes, and must be set within ESM before you can access the mailboxes.

I try setting the password but i get an error "you cannot modify the system administrator mailbox."

Also, I think by default they are disabled, you must enable them first then set the passcode in ESM.

Go to VM Options. The accessibilty option should be there

Exact, you need to put password for all the username, not just the admin.

Thanks that worked great.
I had to set the password to the Manager and the technician, all i did was set the password for the Admin
