Process failed (69) when writing error message
R=smarthost defer (-1): lookup of host "exchange.company.com" failed in smarthost router
moved fro EM to UVM5.1 SP4 and now we get this in mail logs,

So you moved to embedded VM? Verify that you have the DNS servers setup properly in the 5000 in System->IP Settings
