Title: mitel 3300 shutdown procedure

Hi all,

i need to shutdown mitel 3300 MCD 5.0 controller due to power suspension next week, is there any proper procedure to doing this?

Issue the "shutdown" command from Maintenance Commands.

^^This is the best, safest way to shutdown the system.

But to be honest, I have just pulled the plug on the 3300 hundreds of times, under light to extremely heavy traffic conditions, both intentionally and by accident, never had any issues.

But as always, make a backup first, better safe than sorry!!!
