Title: This appears to be broken in ver 6.0
Post by: ralph on February 26, 2013, 12:33:04 PM
Here's the scenario:

A call enters an ACD path.  (5555)
Hits the 1st RAD and is offered via the interflow dialing options to (1) leave a VM  for the path  (2) Leave a VM for a manager.

Option 1 goes to a phantom key that is forwarded to a NuPoint mailbox 1111
Option 2 goes to a phantom key that is forwarded to a NuPoint Mailbox 2222

This all worked properly pre-release 6.0
Now, no matter what you press it goes to mailbox 5555.

I'm starting not to like version 6.0.   Normally I suggest waiting at least a month before upgrading to a new release but now I'm wonder if we need to wait a year.  Let someone else work out the bugs.

Ralph

I haven't seen this one, but feeling the same about MCD 6.0 (including PR1), seeing a handful of weird, little bugs... most are just little annoyances and can be dealt with, but we have halted all upgrades to 6.0 for the time being until it smooths out some. Two of my techs have reported that at randoms they will get "Non-unique match" responses in Maintenance commands for no reason, then a second issue of the same command works fine, just odd little stuff.

No ACD systems with R6. I assume 1111 and 2222 are pointed to hunt groups to shake the 5555 integration. Wonder if the direct transfer to voicemail box feature introduced in R6 is causing some problems.
