Title: Bulk Delete
Post by: ghost on February 24, 2013, 08:08:03 PM
Hi

I have a project of refreshing old data with new data in the system speed calls form.

Is there any way to do a bulk delete from the system speed calls form? I have 18 pages of entries on 200 phone systems to delete so you can imagine how long that is going to take.  :(

Uploading the new data is easy so I am not worried about that.

Don't think there's a way to do that.

Does your new speedcalls have the same #? In that case, I *think* that if you import them with a CSV file, they will be updated.

Good luck!

unfortunatly no, I am adding a 3 infront of all the speed call numbers to resolve a numbering conflict

(the usual complaint of there is a pause when I try to call XYZ)

You add 3 to the actual number or speed call number?

If actual number, you can export the form, modify the actual number and import the form.

If it's the actual number, when you click delete, maybe you can specify how much you can delete.
