Yes as a matter of fact there are two ways you can do this.

First is the hard way using OpsMangler and scheduling a massive MAC job

The second is to do an export of all the phones in multi line set key assignment make the changes and upload the configuration.

Or an easier way is to program one set and copy just that key across the board in the multiline set key assignment form.

You can either enter each extension you wish to program or one massive range and it will program what is actually there. The later could take a while if your ext numbers are not sequential.

This would only work if you are using the same key on each phone.
