So I have this 3300 which was just installed like 2 weeks ago and now we are having issues with PARKED calls dropping. So I had our carrier test the circuit just to be sure and of course its clean. So my next I checked just to make sure we had open spots to place a PARKed call in and that wasnt the issue either. After testing I couldnt figure out were the calls are dropping if its the end user or the caller, had the end user teste with me and she know her stuff pretty well so I can rule her out,but I did noticed when ever I call and then placed into PARK the music took way to long to kick in so I fixed that. So need less to say I am in some need of HELP or suggestions if anyone has any please let me know, Thanks :'(

The delay in the Music might be a clue.
I'm wondering if there is a dialing conflict somewhere.

when you say parked calls dropped, are they dropping when parked or after they have been retrieved? Usually if dropped when parked the caller will call back and say "what happened"?
-
The calls are dropped after they have been placed in PARK! I am thinking its the callers since it not happening on a constant bases. I have tested it with the site and could never get it to happen to me. They place me in Park leave me there for awhile and it works fine can never seem to duplicate it at all.Has to be a caller issue and not the system.

You can get an idea as to if the caller is disconnecting or not by turning on a flag in the smdr records.
MN00136558 (2K) and MN00136186 (3300ICP) have added an optional indicator "<" or ">" in the first column of SMDR to show which party disconnected a trunk call.
The indicator overrides the long call indicator field (column 1) when enabled.
The indicator works for calls of 5 minutes or less per the dpar.
The command on the SX2000 maintenance terminal on either platform to enable/disable the indicator is:
lldcli smdr_disc [ on | off ].
Do not use brackets or pipes around "on" or "off" (see sample below).
When on, < or > will appear in the 1st position in the SMDR when the call is less than 5 minutes in length.
< indicates we, the pbx, cleared the call
> indicates the far end cleared the call.
This is released in LW34.2.5.2 (34.2.5.3) and 7.0.20.13 (7.0.21.4).
Sample commands & test call from 3300ICP's SX2000 interface:
lldcli smdr_disc on
-----> performed test call
lldcli smdr_disc off
SMDR will read similar to this:
08/16 02:30P 00:00:07 2002 002 2001 I 2001
>08/16 02:29P 00:00:07 2002 624700 A X999
LOGSYS info: READ completed for SMDR log with 2 entries.
Note the ">" symbol indicating that the call was disconnected by remote extension 4700 via IP trunks.
When the command to disable the indicator is entered, the < and > will no longer appear.
08/16 02:43P 00:00:07 2002 624700 A X999
08/16 02:30P 00:00:07 2002 002 2001 I 2001
>08/16 02:29P 00:00:07 2002 624700 A X999
LOGSYS warning: No more entries for SMDR log.
LOGSYS info: READ completed for SMDR log with 3 entries.
Note that this does not survive a reboot.

Thanks Ralph , I will look into this.

Any chance these calls came in on a ring group?
I read somewhere having an overflow is recommended by Mitel.
