Title: Call forward to group of phones

Hello All,

New to the Mitel phone system, I am in IT Tech for a support company in the UK we have recently taken on a new customer with a Mitel phone system first time we have came across it.

I was wondering what you guys would say is the best way to achieve a button on a users phone that then forwards on to a group of phone which all ring at the same time.

I wondered which i should use a Ring group or a Pick up group.

Ring group.

call forward I assume is what you want either on busy/not answered/all calls and can be configured for internal and external separately. Or are you after a button that the user can press whilst the call is ringing at their set?

Thanks for the info.

I am looking for a button that a user can press when they go home and then it can all calls until they come back in and un-press this button.

call forward all calls then (assuming this is the only phone that rings on that number. Can be set on a key using the superkey or through the desktop web interface.
