Hello everyone,
I have a newly installed 3300 MCD phone system. I am having work timer issue. When 3 or more customers are holding in the queue the agents are NOT presented an option to cancel the work timer. 2 or less and the agents are. Very odd? I have verified that the calls they are getting are from the queue.
Any thoughts are suggestion on what to look at?

That is weird. Don't think there is any type of threshold you can get which overrides the work timer.
