Title: Night Service request

I have been asked by one of my users if it is possible to ring a DDI number and have this call 3 mobiles out of hours.  Do I need nupoint to do this?

You can do this with Dynamic extension.   You'll need external hotdesk licenses.

The issue with the Nupoint is your requirement to ring 3 cell phones. You can do one in a call director mailbox. With 3 EHDU licenses setup the three cell phones could be members of a ring group and you would direct the call director to the ring group as part of a schedule. The other option is if you had UCA you could use its scheduling to automatically change the status of ring group then you would not need to use the Nupoint.
