Title: 3300 ICP Insert pause does not work

Hi,

After we change from SX2000 to 3300 ICP we no longer can insert pauses when programming Speed dial numbers, I can see on the LCD Insert pause, I

It should see the pause, I use these on a regular basis.

Are you sure that the pause is long enough for that call?

ive seen pauses sometimes fail where the T1 provides answer supervision back to the PBX.. esp if trying to insert digits on a trunk call...  the PBX will fail to outpulse the digits after the far end answers...

Try putting a # at the end of the number
