I have a certain incoming line programmed in Sys admin->call handling->call routing->Call Rerouting Assignment for a night mode.
I know I used Sys admin->Automatic Call Distribution :
->Agent ID Assignment
->Agent Skill Group Assignment
->Path Assignment
To handle the one line. How do I add another line to go to the same night path?
Thanks!

Are you trying to route another number to your ACD path at night? If so, add the same call reroute index for Night 1 that you referenced for the one that works.
-
I don't know where the call re-route index is entered for the first line I am using.... Where do I look?

Under the call routing section, find the Call Rerouting Always form, and your destination number and then apply that index under in the Call Rerouting form.

I found the right place I think. the "line" I want is actually a "ring Group". I went to Ring Group Assignment and set Class of Service - Night2 to the correct index from the Call Rerouting Always form. It did not work.

I don't think you can reroute ring groups like you are wanting to do.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Do you want the ring group to only go to this other answer point under certain conditions (like Night1)? Or are you looking to permanently route the ring group's number to another location and not have the ring group ring any more?

You may need to change the way the number is configured. How many sets are in the ring group? If it is just a few, you may want to just program that number as a multicall on those sets and delete the ring group. Then you can easily reroute the number using the call re-routing forms.
Is there a particular reason why the number is programmed as a ring group and not a multicall?

That is how our tech set it up. I think there was a reason multi-call didn't serve our purpose , but I can't recall right now what it was.
-
I think it may have been set this up as a ring group rather than a multi-call, so it wouldn't tie up the button after someone answers the call....?
Is there a way for that DID which is sent to the ring group to have a night mode?
Thank you.

"I think it may have been set this up as a ring group rather than a multi-call, so it wouldn't tie up the button after someone answers the call"
Thats the whole point of a multicall key rather than a keyline.....multicall keys are not tied up to one user (keylines are).
The only way of rerouting a ring group is by using the overflow and that is restricted to certain targets; VM is not one of them. And you can't fudge it as far as I know (I've tried setting it to a station and setting that staion to VM but it didn't work....))
Call forwarding and system rerouting cannot be programmed against a ring group's pilot number
Call over flow to:
The following directory numbers can be programmed as a ring group's overflow destination:
station DNs
broadcast group DNs
attendant console DNs
system speed call number
hunt group DN
ring group pilot DN
