Title: Dial by name

Can dial by name be done during any voicemail greeting?

We used to have that ability on our general mailbox in one of our branches.  Recently we had to set the option dial zero for an operator, so i guess a different voicemail was added on the system for the general box. 

Now pressing 9 does not let you dial by name. 

Any thoughts?

What VM system? It cannot be done just from the embedded VM, that can only be accessed from the "Main Greeting"

You can only dial by name from the AA. If you are hearing a greeting you are at the mailbox level and you would need to back out to the AA level if it is configured.
