Hi.. i have've got a sx2000 system , recently there 's a "Plane B Winch" alarm , and there's a big red "X" from the console.... could anyone give me any advice that what's the alarm? Thanks..

Odds are good that your Plane B hard drive is down and no longer works.
In maintenance commands enter "Show Fault Alarm" and post what it says here.

Ralph, there's hardware fault info. when enter "Show Fault alarm",but i could not find anything wrong except the big red X on console. i've switched to plane A manually and enable the switch freeze in case the PBX go down . i'm wondering if its the Mainboard issue?

When you switched to plane A did Plane B come up ok?

yes. when i switched to plane A,the plane B restarted, i could not find any alarms anymore.

That may have solved the problem.
Do a backup to the hard drive (both of them) and then be sure you can do one to the RSD.
If there's a problem with the hard drive a backup should prove it.
