Title: make busy

i have run a make busy on a bri port for testing purposes, however i am unable to reset it, or atleast release the busy condition. any ideas? CX Mcd 5

Try physically disconnecting the circuit, then in Maintenance Commands issue "RTS <PLID>" followed by "FORCE", then reconnecting the circuit. If that fails, what does a STAT <PLID> show?

Don't think so... I assumed it was already in a busy condition from the OP. Although, a BUSY, followed by FORCE, then a RTS might be applicable here.
