Title: Hello everyone

I am new to this forum. I have over 22 years of experience with the Inter-tel line of products from the first Inter-tel key systems to the IP-5000 .I believe that we never stop learning new things so while I may offer my knowledge to others I am sure I still have some tricks to learn.
