Title: 3300 and remote E911

I have a question about E911 with remote IP phones on the 3300? We talked to Mitel about this and they said to use the Multitech model MVP210 voice/fax Over IP Gateway and have some issues setting it up as well when we call tech support they have no clue on how to set it up as well no documentation and to call Multitech. Has anybody installed one or what is the best way for remote E911 to work on the 3300.

Go to Mitel on Line and look for the document 08-5159-00023 for Lineside and 08-5159-00032 for Trunk side. You might want to wait for 6.0 with location based routing.
