Title: Call History - Made Calls doesnt show external names

Hello MiTel Forums,

We have a MiTel 3300, my question is when you hit the blue key (5320, 5330, 5340, 5360) for applications then select call history. On the made calls, any external calls are just showing the number dialled and not the name associated with the number.

Is there a way to change this?

Ummm... Am I missing something, but how would the Mitel system know the name of the external party you dialed?

Outgoing Alpha Tagging is added in software version 6.0 I've just tested this for you and it does show in the Blue Button History.

This software version is going to be General Available from half January onwards, this also means that the release notes will be there.

The MCD release 6 docs are in the edocs library.
