Title: Jail Phone

I have a customer who has a need for a jail phone. May not be the correct term, but that is basically what it is. They currently have an Allen Tel model GB306V-14, and their "consumers" keep breaking them. This is a critical rehab place where people go mainly because they are told to by a judge prior to going to an actual rehab place. The problem I am having with this phone is that the ringer keeps going out, and they keep breaking the sheath on the handset cord. Does anyone know of another source for something like this? Analog or SIP would work fine.
