Title: VM audio detection

I have a customer who is telling me that their embedded VM is giving people errors on occasion that their message is too short and will be discarded. I am trying to get more details on if they are just not saying anything and getting this or if they say a word and then pause for a while.

They want to know if I can increase the timer to allow people to sit in silence for 10 seconds before leaving a message. This isn't possible is it?
