Hi all!
I can't pick a call from only one extension. When i try, I get 0 in my display.
All of the rest of the extensions work just fine.
The configuration of this extension is the same that the rest.
I don't understand.

How are you trying to "pick" the call? Is it an appearance of a line, a hunt group, ring group, directed pick up?
More information would be helpful.

(1) Are you using a group pickup or directed pickup?
(2) Are there any dialing conflicts with the number you are trying to pick?

I'm trying directed Pickup. I defined "*6" for pickup.

Verify that in your Feature access codes you do not have anything that starts with a "6",
Then verify in system speed dial form, call rerouting assignment forms and page groups that there is not conflicts.
