Title: the directory number is in use elsewhere

Hi all,

sorry that i keep posting here, as i just new to mitel system. The issue was when i want to set as line type message waiting indiction and put directory number to our extension number, once i click apply ..it prompt the directory number is in use elsewhere..do you know what it mean..how can i solve it?

use 'locate number XXXX' to find where the number is , then go to that form,delete the number firstly....

thanks..found it..
we got an situation that ..we install IP console for reception number(111), if someone call to reception number it will automatically forward to another user phone(222) to pick up the call. I dont know how to set that if she unable to pick up the forward call, how it will go to reception(111) voice mailbox?

use call rerouting (first reroute) to forward to first extension and second reroute to VM box of reception?
