Our Help Desk number is setup as a multi-line key appearance on several phones. We don't have a phone created in OpsMan Moves Adds and Changes.
Is there anyway we can see the call history for this line?
I appreciate any advice on this?

you will probably want to look at some SMDR call accounting software
