Title: Mitel 3300 Embedded Voicemail Assistance

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone will be able to assist me. I have embedded voicemail set up on our Mitel system. Everything is working fine, but I want to remove the option where, if you have listened to the voicemail, it tells you ýou are being transferred to the operator"
How can i remove  this option so that only the voicemail will play?

Are you referring to a message only voicemail box? If that is the case then you are on the wrong path. The system will not answer and clear the call, that can only be achieved through setting up a RAD port in a Voice Huntgroup.
