Hi everyone,
Is there a way to get automatically a call on hold back on the 5550 IP? Like a pop up or something?
I have the call wait timer on the COS set on 30 seconds. On the attendant software on "Queued calls" I have the "Parked calls" timer set also to 30 seconds, but anytime a call is put on hold, it remains there without a warning to the receptionists.
Is this possible?

Check the COS of the trunks that ring into the console. You may be looking at that wrong hold timer.

I was looking at the COS of the console. I have changed the timer on the COS of the trunk, and is working now.
