Title: tap licenses issue (MBG/SRC)

dear buddies, i have another issue about MBG/SRC server..   i purchased 1*MBG base and 3*SRC single lics and i have added them in AMC .  i could successfully activate relevant account id via MSL console, but in the "license information", the tap license number is 0 .     the msl version i installed  is 9.4 and MBG 7.1.16.0 . what's the possible reason for this occured? thanks in advance.

You need to apply your license packs to the server on the AMC. If you have done this, and they're still not showing up after a sync, then email amcaccounts@mitel.com, and ask them. Be sure to provide the ARID of the server.

Did you activate the base, and then add the SRC licences afterwards? If so you will need to do another sync under status for it to grab the updated information. Having said that the system checks every few hours anyway.

i upgraded MBG 7.1.16.0 to the 7.1.24.0  version,then the tap licenses show up ....   so wired..
