Title: 3 ring before reaching the Auto Attendant
Post by: gimitel on November 06, 2012, 10:54:56 PM
Hi there Mitel friends. I programm an auto attendant. I work fine, but when i call the mainnumber of the company i can hear at least 2 a 3 rings before i can reach the auto attendant. Is there a way that i can change this, to shorter the amount of rings before reaching the auto attendant?

Is the call directed to the AA via a first alternative RR, or via D/N1/N2 service?

Analog lines? Turn off the Display ANI/DNIS/ISDN Calling/Called Number in the Trunk COS.

I would think the COS mark would be "ANI delivery Trunk".
I suspect the system is waiting for caller ID before actually ringing the AA.

If the COS options don't fix it, look in the trunk attributes and disable the CLASS trunk option.
