I have a site with 7 EHDU phones that are used for 24/7 support with one person being on call at a time. Six of the phones do exactly what they are supposed to do, but the 7th doesn't. All of the mobiles are configured the same so I am lost on this one. I can stat the extension that is programmed as the EHDU and it shows the correct logged in/out status along with the mobile number and you can make calls through the 3300 from that mobile.
I watched a CCS trace (didn't save it, shame on me) and you can see the system dial the correct mobile number for this user but they get a busy instead of ring back and the mobile never rings.
MCD 5.0 SP1
Any ideas?
The ARS is correct because you can call the mobile manually and it works.

Maybe missing the 9 for ars or no pin for permanent login

The 9 is there for sure and the PINs aren't used because I am using CRS on the trunks.

Are all of the EHDU numbers set to the same COS?
-
They are all in the same COS.
I haven't been able to get my hands on the mobile device yet to test it. I have been relying on the user for testing.
