Title: ACD Skill Group Name

In the Mitel 3300 MCD I can not figure out how to add a name to a skill group. When I add one that field is not available to be typed in. The only one that is labeled is our English group, but we have additional groups now, all of which are not labeled.

Any ideas?

You have to manually create the name via the Telephone Directory Assignment form. Just create a new entry, with the extension number being your skills group number.
