can I overflow from one huntgroup to another huntgroup? cannot find the settings?

yes but with limitations.
It's starting to sound as if you should be using ACD rather than hunt groups.
In the call rerouting 1st alternative form, find a blank row (not row 1) and put change the columns to be 'this" and then in the last column on the right put in the hunt group pilot number you want to forward to.
Then go to call rerouting form, find the pilot of the hunt group you want to forward and in the 1st alternative column put in the row number you edited in the 1st alternative form.
The limitation is you really wont be able to forward that same call to voice mail if it doesn't get answered in the overflow hunt group.

that's exactly what I did , but this is not doing the trick.
we have al hotdesk users. when they logout. we want to forward the call to another hunt group.

If you dial the internal pilot number when everyone is logged out, what do you get?
Ringing? Busy?

busy or dnd
