Hi
I have some phones in a huntgroup. when the hotdesk users are logged out of the day. I want the call to the huntgroup to be forwarded to the voicemail box on the nupoint server.
I configure a VM box with the number of the Huntgroup. I set first and second alternative on the HG to the voicemail
But this is not working , any ideas here?

Forwarding is a function of the PBX- not VM. What system is the NuPoint connected to?

we have a 3300 and a nupoint server
calls come in on the 3300 and there we have users and they have voicemail boxes on the nupoint. Then we also have some huntgroups on the 3300, we want those to forward to vm mailboxes on the nupoint.

How do the users log out? Are they going in to "make busy" mode?

hotdesk logout
and then calls will go nowhere, that's why we are thinking to get them into a vm box on the nupoint

should I change the HG into a nametag HG?
so when the hotdesk users in that group are logged in, they get the calls? when logged out? the first alternative is set to VM> But nw the info of the HG is passed to nupoint? or am I wrong here?
