Title: hot desk button

Hi,

we just implement mitel 3300, there was a default button key - Hot desk which we didnt use it, is there anyway to remove this button?

I'm assuming that this button is showing up on the LCD displays, correct? If so, you need to disable Hotdesking within the COS of the phones to have the option go away.

By default we used to turn this option on, even if the site didn't use it, because it would force the phones extension number to be displayed on the phones LCD for easier viewing.
