Title: Add 211 and 711 to ARS
Post by: bluewhite4 on October 18, 2012, 04:02:48 PM
Need some assistance with making 211 and 711 as ARS dialable options. Can't seem to find a good example anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you want these digits to be automatically added before or after a dialled number?

No, the whole dial string is 211 or 711, so the end user would dial 8-211 or 8-711. (They are a new informational number and TTY relay services number.)

Ok, I'm guessing the existing rules bar these numbers?

Stick these codes in the allowed numbers list and push the allowed numbers facility and route groups to the top of the page so these will be checked first?
