I have users complaining that when they logout of their ACD, the callers cannot hear their greeting but it says "you may start your message now" instead. we are using nu-point voicemail with 3300. when login, it plays the persons personal greeting when no answer/busy.

Try and expirement: With the Agent logged in forward the phone on an always condition to VM. Then call it.
Does it answer the same way?

this issue happens only when it's logout.

There's a couple of different ways to set up ACD agents.
One is the Hot Desk method - resilient ACD and the other is non-resilient ACD where the extension number of the phone doesn't change.
When you call the agent are you calling the agent ID or the extension number of the phone?
There's something else I need you to verify. Is the COS of the phone the same COS of the Agent ID?
