First time post. We have a 3300cx and are trying to install in our new office. We have outgoing but no incoming calls any suggestions as to the problem. The 10 /100 Lan has one green light and one amber, everything else has green lights and as we would expect.
Any suggestions greatfully received.

We're going to need some more information to try and help. First, what type of trunks do you have?

this will most likely be your call routing config but without more detail we cannot assist

Most common fault with incoming traffic not working is the Trunk attribute form not or not correct filled. More info might get you an answer that solves your problem.
