HI ALL,
CALL IS NOT GETTING DISCONNECTED WHEN ANY SIP PHONE (GRANDSTRAM, KNOFTEL) REJECT A CALL.THE FAR END PERSON STILL LISTEN THE RINGING EVENTHOUGH CALL IS REJECTED BY SIP PHONE
SYSTEM DETAILS:
Release level is 5.0 sp2 pr1
ACTIVE SOFTWARE 11.0.2.19
CALL CONTROL RELINK: 41.0.2.14_SP1
PLATFORM MXEIII.

Is this happening to internal calls or external call (or both)?
Is the calling extension a SIP device also?

BOTH INTERNAL AS WELL AS EXTERNAL CALL NOT GETTING DISCONNECTED .
YES CALLING EXTENSION IS SIP DEVICE
WITHIN MITEL IP PHONE IT IS WORKING FINE.

What do you mean by "reject" a call. Is the user just not answering or does the user do something to reject the call?
I suspect the solution will be found in the SIP Device Capabilities form. Try playing with those settings.
Worse case, you may have to do a wireshark sniff on the phone and post it here.
